Our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes revolve around basic fundamental movements, done in a variety of different workouts to get your heart rate up, build your fitness and get the most out of your workout.

 

Our HIIT classes are 45 minutes and vary day to day on a schedule designed to progress you to a better you. You can expect a mixture of movements with Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Body Weight Exercises and Cardio Based Machines.
