PARC BARBELL

From basic to advance, our Barbell Class is our Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting based class, designed to help improve your technique.

 

A 2 hour coaching period allows for flexibility with a coach on hand to assist you in making sure you lift properly and appropriately so that you can expect the best results with the least risk to injury.

 

Covering all areas from strength, mobility, stability and technique, you can expect to see exercises such as the Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Back Squat, Bench Press and Deadlifts.
